On the second day of the show, the owner of a diesel repair shop from Medellín approached our sales team asking whether we had a part in stock that he hadn't been able to find in the past three months. He was looking for part number 0281005581 — a throttle regulation assembly for Scania. Of course we had it in stock! Once again, we were able to solve a real diesel engine issue and help this shop owner keep his business running.
The best part of this experience is connecting with new people and being able to solve, right there on the spot, the challenges our clients are facing — as efficiently as possible.
